Shipping and Returns



Hanhny provides a fast and reliable shipping service in cooperation with its shipping partners. Currently shipping is offered to US, UK, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, South Korea and Australia. The cost for Standard shipping in the US is $7 and is sent through USPS. It takes an average of 2 to 4 business days. Express shipping at a cost of $30 is handled by USPS and arrives within 2 business days. A tracking number is provided for all shipments in the US.  All other international standard shipping to listed countries above are $12 flat rate. It takes an average of 5-7 business days.

Most orders will ship out within one business day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 4 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.


We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.


Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail.


We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to the state of California. No tax is applied for shipments to any other state.




Hanhny offers high quality items and we want you to love what you ordered! You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Returns made within 14 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment. 

To return your item place it in a securely sealed shipping container and include a copy of your receipt. If you no longer have your receipt please contact us at Please use a prepaid, trackable and insured shipping method.  Sorry we can not accept COD returns.

Most returns that are sent back to our facility will process approximately 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return. A refund will be credited back to your original pay method and will post 1-3 business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
